Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times We offer free standard shipping over $10 on all orders to the USA and Canada. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Please note delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages PLUMAGE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it contact us at plumagesupport@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Incorrect Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PLUMAGE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
